Rob Randhawa – Vorstand, Chief Executive Officer

Rob Randhawa

Over 30 years of experience in product design, development, marketing and sales at companies supporting or in the semiconductor industry. He began his career in machine design, has authored several patents and technology white papers, and founded Planar because of his conviction of the inevitable need for a radically new approach to cleaning wafers as semiconductor manufacturing processes advanced toward much lower nanometer dimensions. Mr. Randhawa has a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University (India).

Jonathan Meyers – Vorstand, Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Meyers

Over 35 years of experience as an investment banker heading technology banking practices at several leading securities firms.  During his career, he has specialized in providing capital-raising and M & A advisory services to a wide range of semiconductor industry companies globally, including ASE, ASM International, Atmel, Brooks Automation, Cadence Design Systems, Intel, KLA-Tencor, SMIC, SPIL, UMC and numerous other capital equipment and device companies.  Mr. Meyers has a B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Harry Christov – Exec. Vice President, Engineering & New Products

Harry Christov

Over 25 years in the product development of semiconductor process equipment, ranging from concept creation through pilot production to certification and documentation. He is the author of several patents. Mr. Christov has an M. S. in Electrical Engineering from the The Higher Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Sofia, Bulgaria).

 

Dr. Fabio Pintchovski – Chair, Technical Advisory Board & Marketing

Dr. Fabio Pintchovski

Over 35 years of technical and strategic business development with leading semiconductor companies, particularly as Director of the Advanced Products R & D Laboratory at Motorola (awarded the Dan Noble Fellowship) and SVP-Technology at KLA-Tencor. He has been awarded 14 patents. Dr. Pintchovski has a Ph.D. in Solid State Chemistry from Brown University.
